SafePath Resolution

A calm, structured pathway — with care built in.

SafePath is a specialized LexResolve pathway designed for matters that require additional sensitivity, clear ethical boundaries, and a careful process.

Calm, structured mediation setting prepared for a trauma-informed SafePath session
Principles

Considered. Voluntary. Structured.

SafePath is not for every matter. It exists for situations where standard processes would not be appropriate, and where the right safeguards make resolution possible.

  • Trauma-informed intake

Intake is conducted with sensitivity, allowing concerns to surface confidentially before any process begins.

  • Safety screening

Each matter is reviewed for safety considerations before SafePath proceeds.

  • Voluntary participation

Engagement is voluntary at every stage. Either party may pause or decline to continue.

  • Shuttle mediation

Parties may participate without being in the same space, when appropriate.

  • Separate intake processes

Each participant has an independent intake to support clarity and informed consent.

  • Legally informed pathway

Mediation guided by lawyer-mediators familiar with the legal context of sensitive matters.

  • Structured safeguards

Clear ethical boundaries and procedural standards. SafePath is not advocacy and not therapy.

If you are unsure whether SafePath is appropriate, our intake conversation is the right place to begin. Any safety concerns can be noted confidentially.
